Pros
Employees are very approachable since you can see them smile at you all the time. You can talk to your HLMs since they have open door policy. The CEO is very friendly. There are also company activities.
Cons
Open doot policy however no actions are being implemented if there are negative comments being recieved. No salary increase upon promotion and yearly salary increase is also very low. No career growth at all. There are employees getting promoted since they have plans on resigning . Employees who plans to stay longer don’t get promoted at all (even on just level promotion). Career progress here is very slow. Work-life balance is not really implemented here. Learning and growth is also low since you are using specific counterpart tools.
