Pros

You will gain experience in the security industry. None of their checks have bounced. Some really great people exist in the company. They obey the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), so you will at least get minimum wage and overtime pay.

Cons

Frequently incorrect paychecks, no direct deposit, very high turnover rate, management doesn't care about their employees, they take money for uniforms (not a deposit that you get back), unethical business practices, and too much more to list here. This company is basically worried about getting money from clients and will get rid of even good employees to maintain their image. This is fair warning, please do not apply here if you actually want a good experience and to be treated like you matter.

Pros

Absolutely nothing, avoid this company at all costs!!

Cons

1. Have to pay for provided vehicle gas upfront and then be reimbursed (@ a later date they determine). 2. YOU provide ALL tools including ladders, corded hammer drills, etc. big tools that any 'normal' company would provide. 3. They DO NOT provide direct deposit, you have to go to the office every Friday to pick up your paper check.....it will be given to you as long as your truck stock is on par, your vehicle is washed and clean inside and if not, you won't be getting you check until it is to their satisfaction. 4. If you have ANY out of pocket expenses (materials for a job) make sure you go over in detail your check, they will add these things so you get taxed on them again....same when your upfront gas money. 5. They hire anyone with a beefed up resume and pay them big $$ and all you do is clean up after them.
