      Pros

      Good place for development especially in Agribusiness Division where are a lot on investments and in the oil factory .People should be proud of their factory more than are today

      Cons

      A little bit to bureaucratical especially in the Agri Business Unit, and many things to be done in order to improve the work life balance in Agribusiness
