Pros

- Colleagues really nice and friendly. - Office located in a good central location.

Cons

- No kitchen, just a tiny fridge at the back of the room. - No water dispensers, have to fill your water bottle up from the tap in the toilets, which is pretty gross. - Zero communication between departments - very disorganized. - 'Event Directors' - A generous term for sales managers, swear every other word. This attitude filters down the ranks. - Men openly strip off in the office at lunch time to go to the gym - Lack of respect to fellow colleagues and unprofessional. - Sexist attitudes. If you have half a brain cell you will find the 'Wolf of Wall Street' mantra extremely cringe worthy, yet so many seem to buy in to it. The company is a glorified call centre where sales execs are encouraged to swear and shout at people on the phone to get what they want. Its hard to believe that a company like this still exists.

Pros

Very autonomous - You have to be individually motivated. No one is interested in babysitting or holding your hand. They are, however, very interested in each employee's growth, and at a personal level. Awesome Culture - I mean awesome. We are a pack of wolves. First and foremost, a family. "Easy" sales - It is never easy, but what we do makes our clients very happy, so... easy. Killer team - I have been in sales for nearly a decade and I am not kidding when I say there are some of the smartest and most articulate salespeople I have ever surrounded myself with. I have learned A LOT from them. Recruiting - Milen the CEO, and the whole team are absolute rockstars - be confident if you got offered an interview and be confident the company is heading in the right direction. ROOM TO GROW - if you want to make it in the sales world, especially in the realm of event organizing.. there really is no better place.

Cons

It is hard work, don't expect to coast or fake your way through it. Like I said, wolves, it'll get sniffed out fast.
