Great product-Poor Upper Management - Anonymous employee Psychemedics Employee Review

Worked with many great co-workers and some great managers, Sad to say it all changed once one of the best VP's left the company and the new sad excuse for one came a long. The upper management hires people for positions that they should have never been hired for, current VP is what is wrong with the company now. No people skills and very poor idea of how to move the company forward. Need to be better compensated for the work that is done and not blamed for others mistakes and faults when it has nothing to do with you.
