Absolutely zero unless you enjoy slave wages and treatment with zero compassion by management!
Cons
They keep over 90% of what they set your rate at. They will text/email and call you 24/7 saying “log on now” they punish you by not letting calls go through, or put you on the last page if you have logged on one minute late-however offer preferred treatment to wrung out psychics on the line. You can spend 80hours online and still get $9 weekly paycheck. If you are in the had category trying to fulfill your weekly 12hours of reading time is not even possible! So every waking moment you have to be available. They coerce you to provide free promotions and this way they keep 100% of your free labor. This is common practice to go against your contract in little deductions here/ there and say you are mistaken. The list goes on and on - I could actually write for days - been there years, and due to what I have had to endure I have had to start anti depressants and it’s taken a toll on not just an ability to eat by an ability to want to continue living! Don’t work there - it’s so terrible
