Pros
Friendly environment, everyone who works here is nice. Great benefits.
Cons
Poor communication, stuck in an archaic way of doing things because they refuse to see how things could be more efficient. The research is not academic, so unless you are interested in profit being your end goal don't do research here. Most of it is sloppy and done poorly. There also isn't a lot of room for growth within the company at the moment so even though you will do a million things that aren't in your job description you won't move up until they find it's convenient.
