Work Atmosphere - Datacenter Support Manager Psychz Networks Employee Review

I've worked for Psychz Networks for almost 6 months now. Its a family environment where I feel valued and my ideas are welcome to enhance Psychz Networks as a company and a better workplace. When I joined Psychz Networks I was trained (still learning) from one of the best in the field of dedicated servers and colocation. To me it was like learning a different language but he took the time and energy to teach me and make sure I understood the reasons behind everything. I am constantly being asked by the CEO if there's something he can help me to make my job easier. Its nice to work for a company that knows who you are and not just an employee. The atmosphere is very relaxed and stress free, I like coming in everyday knowing I can do my job without having someone micro manage. Overall it's the best place i have ever worked by far. I feel so grateful to have found Psychz Networks, a place where I can continue learning and grow within the company. - Great benefits -I have a flexible schedule where i can balance my work/life.

From the interview process to my first day on the job, its been a dream. Felt like being adopted into a new family, welcoming warm and understanding. A few highlights are: - You know exactly where you stand. Constructive criticism when is provided when needed. Positive reinforcements. A true culture of boosting employees to support a growing company - Regular scheduled raises - flexible schedules, understanding of life after work events that happen - company puts employees on top of the priority list

I can't think of any real cons. I would mark this as Not Applicable for this company. Would be nice if we had pizza Fridays more often, but i may just love pizza more than everyone else at the office.
