Culture. People are on mission to help improve the communities our clients serve. Equity & social justice matter to people at all levels of the organization and it really feels like we are doing good.
Cons
Being a growing business there are lots of changes. This isn’t necessarily bad if you enjoy an environment like that because it comes with the opportunity to make your own mark and impact on the organization and clients.
