Pros

Absolutely no pros about working there.

Cons

No plus side at all. Terrible benefits, terrible pay, virtually everyone is hourly. New and different ideas are perceived as a slam against the owner,, who talks out of both sides of his mouth. Micro managing like you've never seen before. Video cameras record your every move. Most employees are afraid to say anything for fear of a screaming retaliation by owners and a few managers.

Pros

It's good work where you have an opportunity to make a difference. Your coworkers and managers care about your development and care about you as a person. You can even cross-train and get experience with other machines.

Cons

I have to come up with at least five words to put here.

We are so happy to hear that our employees know how much we truly care about them and want to make sure they feel supported, recognized, and given the opportunities to learn new skills and develop professionally - every single one of us makes a difference and is vital to TeamPG's continuing success! Thank you. And way to go above and beyond - you only needed five words, but you got thirteen in there! :)

Pros

We have a great team of hard-working employees. People here are trying to do a good job. There is easy communication between customer service and manufacturing, which helps answering questions for customers go a lot more smoothly. When I have needed time off, or had family emergencies, the management staff has been understanding and helpful. When I have needed it, I have been able to work overtime. What I have found is that if I have a concern about something or need support, I really just need to ask and it is usually worked out.

Cons

The manufacturing industry can be stressful at time with tight turn around times and deadlines.

Thank you for the feedback. Manufacturing can definitely be stressful, and it's important to us that employees feel comfortable bringing a situation or concern to our attention so that we can work through it together and provide support wherever we can - our wonderful employees are what makes the business thrive, and we definitely want to recognize contributions, achievements, wins - of any size! We also want to encourage team members recognizing one another (like our Good Catch slips), and love to hear any new ideas for recognition and ensuring everyone knows how much we value them and their hard work!
