Good company - Anonymous employee Pulmonx Employee Review

After years of working at large Tech companies, I found my home at Pulmonx. The mission behind our work in helping others is like no other. The majority of the employees here really care about their and how they can help the company grow.

There are some departments that are stuck in an old school way of thinking as far as technology and processes. Company culture is ok... but could be a lot better. Even with these "cons", I do feel as though we are aware of them and on the right track to make significant improvements in the months to come.

* The product and potential at the company is great! * The people who are in the trenches and trying to improve the company are capable and doing incredible work. * The challenges and employee care is some of the best I've ever had.

* VP & Senior management are disconnected from what makes the company great * No company vision for the future. * Focus on short term wins that hamper long term gains
