Pros

Great clients to work on if nightlife, entertainment and alcohol is your thing. amazing xm opportunities … key word is opportunity.

Cons

Where do i even start. This company prioritized the wellbeing of their weird old white male ”creatives” which they seemingly assign to high positions of power so they can shmooze around with the two owners who frankly resemble my last two brain cells on a good day. Often times putting female creatives as well as employees in uncomfortable situations with inappropriate remarks in meetings. They knowingly have hired and kept individuals with (SA) allegations as rumoured around the office and other agencies. Going to HR just means getting told if you don’t like it, leave. but back to the leadership: if you value an environment that is fostered off of misogyny, surveillance, and racism this might just be the place for you! Creative directors don’t care if work gets done well as they’d rather lock themselves in their office or perhaps sneak away to another floor to drink all day. if you’re looking for a sign and are asking yourself if this may be the place for you I couldn’t recommend a place less if i tried.
