- Good diverse mix of clients - Lot of potential with some great conversationalists within the team - Great branding techniques
Cons
- Leadership skills do not exist - One person runs the show and if that person is not satisfied, its a nightmare for everyone - No ownership within the team as the account lead has to own it all. Makes no sense as this is supposed to be a TEAM game right? - Narcissistic behaviour of "sr. leadership" towards the whole team makes them feel they are beneath which is so wrong! - Impossible deadlines and unnecessary stress is a common practice and sr. leadership takes pride in it which is ridiculous - Its like there are different companies within 1 company as every department pulls their own weight making the account lead's life a living hell on a daily basis - HR tries, but to be honest, HR is not given enough freedom to be a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER! - Rarely feels like a 'Community' as everyone seems to be within their own bubbles even during social gatherings. Whats the point of having them? - Big talk on support and growth but its all or nothing here. Work wise - Give it your ALL | Ask for Support - Get Nothing (Oh wait when you do get support - you get talked down and daily taunts that you're incapable of doing your job and need SUPPORT)
