Friendly people doing interesting work. Small team and a flat structure, so it's easy to make a meaningful contribution. Very welcoming to new ideas and approaches. High level of autonomy. Fully remote.

Priorities seem to change rapidly, fire-fighting is common. There's a strong high-level vision, and detailed day-to-day sprint planning, but not much tactical planning on the order of months or quarters. Communication of business priorities and progress is inconsistent.
