Change is necessary for survival, and our CEO has a firm grasp of this truth. He's worked tirelessly with HR to trim excess and keep Pulse on a successful path. Morale may have suffered a blow with a recent forced reduction, but it did not come lightly and without the associated compassionate and empathetic pains. As a result, it's disturbing to see emotional lashings out posted here, like the one posted on Nov 17th. This review is misleading in the sense that our leadership DOES care, they DO GET IT, and they're certainly not immune to the heartache of having to redirect and change a company that was mismanaged for so long. I'm grateful for strong leadership that can do the unpopular things, because they're necessary in a competitive market.

Change is in the air... Its not so much a con, as it is a reality of life -- if you're not willing to adjust with the company, this is not the right fit for you as an employee.
