Pay is great. Perfect amount of stress. From what I've seen there has been promoting from within if you show the aptitude and attitude.

Sometimes management expect too much, like running too many machines at once. This makes it hard to ensure quality.

Fun people to work with during the week.

Very rough and fast paced, alot of responsibility and hard pressed for time.
