      Pros

      403B, benefits, sick and vacation time, time off.

      Cons

      Hard to get a raise and if you do it is usually less than 25 cents an hour. Bad employees are hard to get rid of and usually are moved to other areas or a lot of times promoted. Work hard and you won't be promoted.
