Cons
Disorganized and chaotic—both in terms of leadership, team coordination, and overall structure, as well as in the physical environment, including equipment, supplies, and workspace. Frequent changes in work schedules and team assignments make it difficult to establish a consistent and efficient team workflow. Very high rate of technician turnover.
