Cons
One owner is TERRIBLE to work with, constantly calling people out, for minor things that are not even a problem, completely unprofessional. Its unlimited PTO but they blacked out the whole month of october, if you're going to be out sick they want you to notify them the night before, you need AT least 30 day notice for time off, They want you to work CST hours at a minimum even though it wasn't stated in the handbook. Tons of meetings that could be an email, or a IM, No real health insurance, its a health share which is more expensive than an actual insurance plan, No dental, no 401k until after a year. They don't use an ERP system, everything is in google docs.
