Pros
There’s a lot to love working here. Scheduling is very flexible. You’re very well compensated if you perform well (this is a sales environment after all). Work life balance is well adjusted. Not sure what the future holds due to the coronavirus, but we seem to be doing okay for the moment. I’m hoping we pull through this and continue onwards and upwards.
Cons
From my personal experience, I haven’t had any problems. To be fair, experiences vary person to person. I can only speak for myself.
