Pros
Everyone in Leadership really looks out for their teams, and will always give you the tools you need to succeed. They've got an open door policy, treat their employees with respect, and are genuinely down-to-earth guys. I don't understand the comments about management I’ve seen on here, they don't have any ulterior motives at all, and they really are as chill as they seem. It just depends on whether you're overly suspicious of people, have a guilty conscience, or have trust issues.
Cons
Typical of any sales job, you’re going to get a lot of "doors slammed in your face." You get used to it after a while and it makes you a better salesperson.
