To be honest absolutely nothing good. If you think because this place is small and you would be able to learn things, you're gonna be disappointed
Cons
Unimaginable amount of work that will stress your life as long as you continue to work there. People are smart but do a poor job at explaining the problems and solutions. No feeling of accomplishments at the end of the day. You will find yourself going to meetings at every hour to discuss clients issuesand coming up with an action plan but ultimately failing miserably to execute.
