Growing, some growing pains - Systems PureWeb Employee Review

I've seen the company change a lot recently, new culture is awesome. Communication and initiative seems to be encouraged, I've gotten more autonomy and therefore productivity. Some total bad-asses work here, some of the smartest people I've ever met or worked with. There is a new sincerity that wasn't here before that is refreshing. Some very cool projects being worked on that will be fun to be part of as they hit the market. Company actively promotes a work/life balance.
