      Pros

      You’re taken in at the interview process and then the training, the reality was NOTHING like that at all.

      Cons

      The earnings are abysmal, the tech is unreliable and you’re made to cover areas you’ve v little knowledge of. You spend all day driving and then work till midnight to try and keep on top of everything. All for a pittance of a salary.

      Our culture, values and ethics We are people focused as a business Updates are frequent so we have insight into the operation as a whole We have some great managers who care about your progression and success Collaboration

      Company benefits could be improved on as we transition from start up focus to national company

      They shut down, there were no pros.

      They shut down and most of us were financially hurt from PB.
