Pros

The common day people are the company's most valuable asset. There are great people with a heart for mission. The product is outstanding.

Cons

The CEO is in over his head and is out of touch with what it takes to run a company. He's also not very respectful of female leadership. Lastly, he also doesn't practice his own company values and as such is a hypocrite. This is one of the worst political environments I've ever been in.

Pushpay Response

This was certainly hard to read, as I care deeply about living out our cultural norms, one of which is "respectful, candid feedback." As discussed in our all company open Q&A recently, I've intentionally surrounded myself with people who aren't afraid to tell me "no." It's tough to read that it's perceived that I'm not living out the values. I'm continually seeking feedback and certainly want to address any inconsistencies. It's one of the reasons I made sure we put into place our anonymous feedback tool Officevibe. Your review isn't specific enough for me to make changes from, so feel free to clarify using Officevibe or your direct leader. To close, I absolutely agree that Pushpay is filled with team members who are passionate about our mission, excellent at what they do, and our product is making a difference for people all over the world. We are doing something in an industry that no company has done before. That comes with its challenges each day. Our people and purpose is why I come to work and love what we get to do together.

Pros

Great team communication, good support, solid leadership. Overall, a great place to work.

Cons

The product is very good in some spots, but is constantly being refined. Additionally, sometimes changes can be made pretty fast, which can leave the team feeling winded.

Pros

Individual coworkers are amazing. People believe deeply in the mission of the company and work hard.

Cons

Compensation is not where it should be considering the office locations and lack of remote work options. Hiring and promotion is very political. Processes are extremely inefficient, so "running lean" just becomes "overworked and underpaid", especially with current roles not being backfilled when people leave.
