      Good benefits and remote work

      Cons

      Terrible management, all work pushed on payroll engineer, all blame pushed on payroll engineer, expected to be an expert in all systems with zero training, not allowed to take time off, no back ups, no work life balance, expected to work overtime daily if client is behind you cannot log out until all payrolls are done with zero help. Everyone quits within 3 months constant turnover. Stay away.

      Pros

      Remote work, unlimited PTO, higher leadership is always willing to hear you out and assist with whatever they can.

      Cons

      So much growth leads to chaos but the effort is there. Keep going

      Honestly there isn't any, The company seems to be going downhill

      The leaders don't listen to you and they just want more from you
