Good salary structure if you work hard, smart, and fast. Mix of low salary and decent commission. Management is generally accessible and eager to give advice. Great career advancement opportunities if you excel.
Cons
Very stressful most of the time and very difficult to take time off as you are at the whim of the client. When time is taken off you come back to a boatload of work that is a mountain to overcome on top of your day to day duties. You are often working after business hours to keep up with the demand.
