Upper management is not always best at keeping everyone’s best interest at heart. They are sometimes selfish. There are employees that only show to work occasionally and there is no reprimand set in place. Which this in turn leaves their direct customer issues on the work load of everyone else. Management is not good at handling situations in a professional manner. They tend to cross the line in many different unethical ways.
