Pros
I've worked at numerous start-ups including as co-founding two with one backed by leading venture capital and it's rare that you get to work with a product that is so well architected/designed that customers and potential customers rave about. The engineering team is awesome and can pivot to customer product needs in a blink.
Cons
I really like the office spaces and vibe (65k SQ FT shared among numerous startups and strategic venture groups) but I live in the city so during commute hours traffic is often a beast as many of you who commute in the Bay Area understand. Having said we have some flexibility to avoid traffic peak times and work remotely.
