6yWe really appreciate this feedback and it’s wonderful to hear you had a great experience with us even though it was knowingly temporary! To your point, we have gone to great lengths to create a comprehensive onboarding strategy. By recognizing it’s a multi-step process - encompassing everything from HR paperwork to team orientation - we strive to ensure it goes smoothly for everyone, no matter their role or level.
And, a quick note about our workspace: Efficiency is among our highest priorities so we can offer our partners the best value possible. This includes considering our physical environment with an eye toward inter- and intra-team collaboration as well as remote work arrangements that provide a lot of individual flexibility, allowing for investments back into the business and into our people over our space. That said, we regularly gather feedback from our teams and if workspace is ever an issue, we make certain to work toward the necessary improvements. A case in point is our recent Chicago office remodel expanding our meeting and cafeteria spaces – a change well worth it to support our team!
