Pros

Right now, flexibility is the only good reason.

Cons

They say you need to be able to work independently. That is VERY true. Management doesnt really like you to bother them. Recently heard horror stories and saw reviews of pay not being what they tell when applying. Once you are out of Onboarding, best know how to find the correct information and have other resources.

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
