Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you're having a 5-star Q-C experience thanks to the flexibility of working remotely and our training program. We also appreciate you sharing your thoughts on our benefits package. While we understand that cost is an important consideration, we’re dedicated to investing in benefits that truly support our team. We’ve recently rolled out some positive updates for 2025, which we’ve been sharing with team members in detail over the past month. Our goal is to provide a total rewards package that’s both comprehensive and inclusive. This includes our flexible remote work setup, a welcoming and inclusive culture, generous paid time off, paid professional development hours, volunteer hours, a range of health and wellness benefits, and more! We’ll continue to evaluate and refine our offerings to meet the evolving needs of the team and contribute to making Q-Centrix a great place to work. Thanks again for your feedback and for being part of our Q-mmunity!

Pros

Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

Cons

Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
