      Pros

      Great friends made while working there. Made it fun when it would have otherwise been miserable.

      Cons

      Lost 3 department managers and multiple employees during 10 months of working there. No processes to facilitate working within the departments. Sales driven, which is great for customers, but difficult for operations, especially with a lack of processes. This drives the blame culture. Antiquated MRP system.

      Pros

      Divestiture of non-core business lines allowed for better focus. Very diverse team brings fresh outlook. Funny to read 10 year old reviews and see "sinking ship" and "no direction" when company has grown significantly before and since then.

      Cons

      No cons since under performing lines sold off.
