      Some nice professional people. Okay to gain experience for recent graduates. Take heed, the cons definitely out weigh the pros.

      Upper management. Very low pay. No loyalty. Not truthful. Forced to falsify data. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

      good way to get your foot in the door to lab work

      Cons

      everything else. toxic work environment, not enough pay, people berate each other for taking lunch breaks. very gossipy and the HR department was an absolute nightmare.
