- Absolutely no structured onboarding or product training -Decision to end employment was taken suddenly, with only 1 day notice, leaving no time to secure another job - Expectations are unclear, and roles shift without communication - Decisions on performance taken very quickly during probation - No support to understand product-market fit or internal processes - High turnover in leadership roles (even senior members leaving)
