It is great that the people you work with, the travel, and the fulfilling work you undertake, are positive aspects of your role. Good people and fulfilling work helps create a strong sense of purpose at Q2Q.
I am disheartened to hear your thoughts about the less positive aspects, and have not received this feedback directly, or from other members of our team.
We care deeply about our people and the experience they have working at Q2Q. We are very pleased to have recruited so well in the last 12 months, increasing the size and capability of our team, and replacing those people that left at the time of your post, all of whom left for understandable reasons and all of whom had exceptionally positive things to say about their time at Q2Q.
The vast majority of our team enjoy our working environment, our flexible working policy and the incredibly supportive culture we have, built around trust, teamwork and helping one another.
I am personally proud of the way we have supported several parents at Q2Q, enabling them to return to their roles on a part-time basis if that is their preference, balancing their professional ambitions alongside the needs of their family.
We are very open to feedback and are always looking at ways to improve, both personally and as a company. With that in mind, it would be great if we could have the opportunity to discuss this further with you; to listen to your perspective, to better understand the points you raise, and to move forward in a positive and open way.
