Good internal training and access to wide portfolio of learning to develop your skills. Great marketing support and mature processes, and decent systems. Reputable company from customer perspective. Quality assured for customers.
Cons
Dated micro management. Call centre vibe, with outward calls being the main KPI. Managers listening into calls that were recorded before GDPR forced change. Poor and dated approach with no benefit.
