Good product market fit. It's a big business, so you don't need to deal with many growing pains that comes with selling with no brand awareness. Good teammates and managers seem to care about their people.
Cons
There can be a negative culture sometimes, such as hinting at more time in the office. The culture feels a little fragile and immature at times, especially with a big office with many different personalities.

Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
