      None worth mentioning at all.

      Cons

      Working at QB Energy was the worst experience of my career. Management was rude, unsupportive, and only cared about squeezing every last minute out of employees. The toxic work environment, excessive workload, and tiny bonuses made every day miserable. I’ve never felt so undervalued and drained in my life. Leaving was the best decision I ever made. I now work for a company I love and finally feel happy and appreciated. Avoid QB Energy at all costs.

      Pros

      Strong field team that cares about their work. Work from home on Fridays. Snacks are provided!

      Cons

      Weakest management I've seen in 15 years of employment. No company vision, values, or goals. Zero internal communication or ability to make a plan. Failures are pushed onto the employees, and wins are credited to the C suite. New ideas are not welcomed or encouraged. No opportunity for company advancement and requests for career development are denied.
