Unfair salary deductions and notice period recoveries without consent. Improper treatment of employees — after using their efforts, designations are downgraded, which is demotivating. Team members are encouraged to back-pitch managers, creating an unhealthy and toxic environment. No transparency in HR and management practices. Work-life balance is poor, with long hours and no appreciation.

* Poor management, with lack of decision making and ideas. * They change their Employment policies every now and then according to their needs, but no employees will know about it. * I had to wait for 3 months and 1000 of calls to get my final settlement from them. * The HR don't have a slightest idea on how things work and no empathy towards the employees, so much politics and favourism. * The salary is not upto to the market standards and increment which happen every year is just for name sake. * They have introduced something called performance bonus, but infact it was actually the annual bonus, which they changed the name to performance bonus and started giving it monthly. And to get that amount employee has to face lot of struggles and have to literally beg. * They are getting paid by hours from clients, but even when employees work more than 9 to 10 hours a day which happens everyday, they get normal salary and when people ask for over time they tell they dknt have such systems. But they want employees to login early.
