While we're not sure totally what your ending comment means - perhaps you meant change is difficult for you, and if that's the case, then the portfolio manager position may have not been best for you long term - and that's totally ok. It's a role that requires constant flexibility and response to customer needs. We've managed a lot of change in the past two years, too, growing our staff by nearly double and finding consistent opportunities to improve.
