Pros

Free lunch and coffee nothing else is good over here

Cons

1: He will ask you your work updates daily, this is the worst thing about the company. Why he wants to know about our work status. 2: He doesnt even have basic etiquette how to treat people. He thinks we are his slaves. He thinks he is a CEO of MAANG. 3: No infra for Devops. There is not a single person who is working as Devops Engineer. 4: Company size 12-15. I wish I could give negative rating on glassdoor. Please trust me and dont join the org else you will end up wasting your time in the Org. This is not even a company.

Pros

The company genuinely values hard work and consistent effort, which is something I personally experienced during my journey here. I started as an intern/trainee and, through the opportunities, guidance, and trust provided by the team, I was able to transition into a full-time Platform Engineer role. The management recognizes people who take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute actively to projects. The work environment is supportive, collaborative, and encourages continuous learning, making it a great place for career growth.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities for freshers. Exposure to real-time troubleshooting, monitoring tools, Linux servers, and cloud technologies helped improve technical and communication skills. Management and teammates are cooperative and encourage continuous learning. Good work culture with opportunities to handle live production issues and gain hands-on experience in IT support operations.

Cons

Fast-paced work environment with continuous learning expectations, which can be challenging initially but helps employees grow technically and professionally. Handling real-time production issues increases responsibility and improves problem-solving skills.
