      Good product, good and hard working team, smart people. Interesting sector

      Cons

      Lack of vision , consistency and poor leadership from all founders and management team. Integrity, transparency and honesty are big issues. fear based autocratic work culture in which the team has higher work ethics and professionalism than management

      It is a nice company to work at, even now during covid a lot of errorts have been made to keep things fun and also do a great job for the customers.

      It is a quickly growing company so you can have to do sometimes things outside your specific role.
