Good work ambience. Less micro-management. Freedom of work. Supportive managers. No salary paying issues (like some other Qatari companies). Indefinite work contract (Instead 1 or 2 year renewable). Provide suitable housing facilities or allowances on housing, food and traveling expenses.
Cons
There is no systematic evaluation/ increment structure. Lack of professional development programmes. No events/ gatherings/ day outs/ networking/ team building/ sports programmes.
