      Flexible work environment, nice colleagues, manager doesn't mind if we take naps during work. Able to see new fashion trends. Get to travel domestically and overseas.

      Management can consider a way so that sales within the company is not so competitive.

      Management is a mess and there is no review or raise structure. There are definitely favorites they will make sure are taken care of.
