      Pros

      I am paid well for what I do! It's a comfy office environment with good people to learn from. The hours are easy, and I never take work home. There is often snacks or leftover food from studies. I was offered free CPR training, as well as the COVID shot.

      Cons

      Little chance of promotion. Monotonous, boring, and repetitive. Easy to get distracted - I'm doing this review at work right now.

      Competitive pay, great bonus structure and benefits, 90% of the time there is free food and drinks.

      Pros

      QPS is flexible and understanding in the work life balance which is so important these days. Solid history of being an employer for a long time in Springfield and its nice to know that I have a way to grow globally as QPS has sites all across the globe

      Cons

      QPS in Missouri is really busy which is good for the company but keeps me moving quite quickly. However I am enjoying learning other departments roles and responsibilities as we talk quite a bit
