QTS appreciates all perspectives and values feedback so that we can improve, fill gaps and ensure our employees have the right, factual information. As you note, QTS offers a strong benefit program including sabbatical programs, 11 holidays per year including MLK and Veterans Day, PTO, volunteer and work from home days and continue to enrich many programs every year to ensure we are fostering a culture that aligns with QTS core values.
Part of our core values also includes succession planning and development which we were able to support through a couple of transitions within our C-Suite and leadership teams in 2022. Blackstone has been an accelerator for our business and with that, our employees must be agile, supporting the changes in the business so that we can all share in the success as we grow In fact, QTS is the top performing company within their portfolio of hundreds of companies!
Increasing our aperture of candidate pipeline continues to be a priority for QTS and we are proud that we are on par with our competitors and our industry in terms of demographics as you suggest. We know we have work to do and are committed to doing so through our existing talent pipelines and new partnerships. Our ERGs will also be instrumental in supporting this initiative.
