- Recently laid off more than a dozen employees (some who've been with the company since its inception) and instituted across-the-board pay cuts, but they are somehow still hiring?
- Questionable hiring practices are par for the course (family members received "unofficial" high level positions within the company)
- Both co-founders only care about what they want to care about, and when their ideas conflict with one another's, they don't address it - it's up to everyone else to work around it to make sure they are both satisfied
- Often times told to blatantly copy competitors
- Set unrealistic goals for commission-based employees to reach, and if they do reach them, they set the goals higher. (Also do not pay commission on time)
