I've been with the company >5 years now and love it....
Very patient centered company... one of the things that is different is that all of the managers are also therapists so they have the clinical knowledge to understand and contribute to patient care. This also helps balance the scales between both the business and clinical sides of things...
The company is like a family- we have picnics, holiday parties, and various get-togethers
The company is always encouraging therapists "to think outside the box" with different video competitions among facilities
There are many different locations/settings to find your best fit.
The company has a high emphasis on continuing education and brings in speakers from all over
Cons
There are no sign-on bonuses. From what I hear base pay isn't as competitive.
