      Less managerial positions for expats. As a nation wide policy, 80% managerial promotions are for locals therefore mostly less experienced people move to decision making positions.

      Pros

      I enjoyed editing documentation as well as engaging with colleagues in aspects of corporate benchmarking. The atmosphere was friendly and open among the coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them.

      Cons

      As an intern, I wasn't given many opportunities to really develop more skills or dabble with other departments to broaden my perspective of the company.
